What are your typical turnaround times?

CAD projects typically take 1-3 days depending on complexity and revisions.

3D printing projects generally range from 2-5 days depending on size, material, and quantity.

Larger or more complex projects may require additional time depending on scope.
Can you 3D scan an object for me?

Yes. We can assist with 3D scanning when required through trusted partners.

However, depending on the geometry and application, recreating a part through CAD modelling is often faster, more versatile, and more cost-effective.
What materials do you offer?

We currently offer PLA, PLA+, PETG, and TPU 90A for a wide range of prototyping and functional applications.
What file formats do you accept and provide?

We prefer .STEP files when available, but also accept .STL, .OBJ, and .3MF formats.

Completed files can be delivered in .STEP, .STL, .OBJ, or .3MF depending on project requirements.
What is your largest print size?

Our standard build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm (10.08 x 10.08 x 10.08 in).

Larger parts can often be designed and assembled in multiple sections when needed.
Do you offer shipping or local pickup?

Yes. We offer shipping across Canada and the United States, as well as local pickup for nearby customers.

International shipping may also be available depending on the project.
